These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the rental of LED display equipment and related services provided by LED Screen Rental ("Company", "we", "us") to you ("Client", "you"). By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) along with a signed quotation/booking form.
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment as specified in the quotation.
- The Company reserves the right to decline any booking at its sole discretion.
- Event details (date, venue, screen size) once confirmed may be changed subject to availability and applicable charges.
2. Payment Terms
- Advance: 50% of the total quoted amount is required to confirm the booking.
- Balance Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 24 hours before the event.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, cheque, or other agreed methods.
- All prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. GST will be charged at the applicable rate.
- The Company reserves the right to withhold services until full payment is received.
3. Equipment & Setup
- The Client must provide safe and accessible venue access for equipment delivery and installation.
- The Client is responsible for arranging adequate power supply as per specifications provided by the Company.
- Any damage to equipment caused by the Client, their staff, or guests will be charged to the Client at replacement value.
- The Company's team will handle all installation, operation, and dismantling of equipment.
- No third party may operate, modify, or tamper with the Company's equipment.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
- The Client is solely responsible for the content displayed on the LED screens.
- The Client must ensure all content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse to display any content deemed inappropriate, illegal, or offensive.
- The Company may photograph or video the event for marketing purposes unless the Client explicitly objects in writing at the time of booking.
5. Liability
- The Company's liability is limited to the total rental fee paid for the specific event.
- The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from equipment failure.
- In the event of equipment failure, the Company will make reasonable efforts to repair or replace equipment promptly. A pro-rata refund may be issued for confirmed downtime.
- The Company is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).
6. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including, but not limited to, natural disasters, government orders, strikes, power failures, or civil unrest.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.
8. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available at ledscreenrental.in/terms-conditions.
